Milla Group Shares Padi Sardines To Muslim Worshippers

It was a momentous occasion on Wednesday 10th April, 2024 when one of the biggest investment entities in Sierra Leone, Milla Group of Companies, shared the sweetest and delicious Paddi Sardines, loaves of bread and water among thousands of Muslims that performed the Eid-ul-fitri prayers at Youyi Building in Freetown.

Speaking to Journalists on the essence of the occasion, the management of Milla Group of Companies categorically described the event as an annual program, which the company had been observing over the years, to not only bring Muslims to dine and drink together, but to also put joy and smiles on the faces of Muslim worshippers, adding that Milla Group of Companies will continue to interact with Muslims at the end of any fasting period during the holy month of Ramadan.

Milla Group of Companies also believes that sharing food among brothers and sisters is a genuine approach towards a fellow human being, and emphasised on the importance of sharing and loving one another, as Allah/God loves all mankind on earth.

It could be recalled that just a day for the commencement of the holy month of Ramadan, the management of Milla Group of Companies also shared provisions and assorted food items among fasting Muslims.

Beneficiaries of the charity expressed gratitude to Milla Group of Companies for dishing out food among Muslim worshippers just after performing the Eid-ul-fitri prayers, and described the action of giving food to the needy as the wishes of Allah/God and the duty of man to his fellow human being.
