Driver Mohamed Turay Declared wanted over allage corruption case over his Boss

Reports reaching this medium revealed that one Mohamed Turay have been delceard wanted by the Sierra Leone in relation to a Corruption matter over his Boss a formar Minister during the APC government.

According to the investigation mounted by this medium, was revealed that Mohamed Turay was a Former Driver to the former Minister of the APC government from 2012 to 2018 when the now President H.E Maada Bio took over power and all the former Ministers during the APC government were removed from duties and back to their normal life.

According to investigation Mohamed Turay was only a Driver to this Minister Ibrahim Washingai Mansaray and driving his kids to schools and back according to his wife he told the writer that it was one faithful morning when some group of men approach his husband and asking the whereabout of his former Boss Minister Ibrahim Washingai Mansaray his husband reply he did not know his whereabout and he was later taken to the police station with no invitation or Police warrant to assatain the crime committed for his arrest.

According to Mohamed Turay Elder brother spoke to this Media that when he went to the police station upon getting the information that his brother have been arrested the police officer told him that it’s a direct order from above that Mohamed Turay is holding a sensitive information that is delaying their investigations on the corruption chargers over his former Boss Ibrahim Washingai Mansaray and Mohamed should stay in detention till he give them the information needed his elder brother ends.

Speaking to the police officer in charger at the criminal Investigation Department (CID) they told this media that Ibrahim Washingai Mansaray as begin on the hide because of Corruption charges and and other related offences he is no where to be found information reaching them about his drive and he was brought in for questing upon asking was Mohamed charge to court for fair trial officer reply he was taking to the maximum prison for safe keeping Note that the unprofessionalism of the Sierra Leone police is on believable when it comes to matters like this many innocent Citizens have suffered a lot in the hands of the Police.

It was also revealed by family that Mohamed Turay was at the country maximum prison till November 26th 2023 Coup attempt when the country maximum prison was break into and Free all Prisoners.
As a result of that, the security apparatus were searching for Mohamed Turay and other Prisoners going to their houses with threatening remarks being levied against their Family.

As the media pressed the police to comment on the disappearances of those Prisoners that were declare wanted, the media officer of the police explained that a list of wanted persons had been published, but there were others that they are looking for, and if seen, they will be arrested and brought to book, Mohamed former Boss Ibrahim Washingai Mansaray was also declared wanted.

As we go to press, the whereabouts of Mohamed Turay is still unknown, and family members are afraid that he may have been killed during the Prison break from the coup plotters.
