A Throwback View to a Defining Moment of Unity, Love, and Hope in Sierra Leone:

The Historic Peace and Reconciliation Conference in Waterloo – Bassa Town.

On June 21st, the heart of Waterloo beat louder than ever. A remarkable scene unfolded, as thousands gathered from all walks of life—elders, youths, women, and children—in a powerful rallying show of unity and love. Their mission? To welcome and stand firmly behind one name: Sheikh Alhaji Mohammed Omodu Kamara, affectionately known as Jagaban.

From Tombo Cemetery to Bassa Town Field, the people lined the streets in jubilation, waving, singing, and declaring their loyalty. This was more than just a political event; it was a people-powered movement. It was a testament to trust, a rising tide of hope, and a call for true leadership.

With banners high and voices united, the message was clear: “Jagaban, you are the heartbeat of APC. We need you as our 2026 flagbearer. Lead us to victory in 2028 and restore power to the people!”

The photographic evidence from this monumental day stands as irrefutable proof that Jagaban is a unifying force. He is a bridge-builder, a symbol of reconciliation, and a leader with unmatched grassroots connections.

Women proclaimed: “Jagaban is our choice! He listens, he loves, he leads!”

The youths declared: “We see our future in Jagaban’s vision!”

And the elders nodded in agreement: “This is the kind of leadership Sierra Leone needs – bold, compassionate, and ready!”

As we look to the future, one thing is certain — the APC party is strongest when it listens to the will of the people. And the people have spoken, from the corners of Bassa Town to the streets of Freetown:

Jagaban is the people’s candidate.

Jagaban is the APC’s hope.

Jagaban is Sierra Leone’s future.
