Orange Money Announces Temporary Disruption to Subscription Services

Orange Money has informed its valued customers of a temporary technical issue affecting some of its subscription services.

According to a customer notice issued on Wednesday, the disruption is impacting services accessed through the Max it platform and USSD channels, making them temporarily unavailable to some users.

The company stated that its technical team is actively working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible in order to restore full service functionality.

Orange Money expressed regret over the inconvenience caused and appealed to customers for patience while efforts are underway to fix the problem.
