On Wednesday, April 10th, 2024, President Julius Maada Bio united with Sierra Leone’s Muslim community for the EidAlFitr 2024 prayers at the State Lodge in Freetown. His presence underscored a message of solidarity and inclusivity, emphasizing the importance of communal togetherness during this auspicious occasion.
President Bio, in his address, highlighted the significance of fostering enduring common values of solidarity, peace, and progress across Sierra Leone. He encouraged communities to come together, transcending differences and embracing the spirit of unity that Eid brings.
As the prayers concluded, President Bio extended warm Eid-Mubarak 2024 greetings to Muslims worldwide, affirming his commitment to promoting harmony and understanding among all citizens.
