Dr Ibrahim Bangura on Tuesday joined fellow Sierra Leoneans and members of the All People’s Congress at the Parliament of Sierra Leone to pay his final respects to the late Minkailu Mansaray.
During the solemn occasion, Dr Bangura signed the Book of Condolence and reflected on the life and public service of the late statesman, describing him as a dedicated leader who served his people with commitment and conviction.
He noted that Hon. Mansaray’s contributions to national development and public service would be remembered as part of a lasting legacy that continues to inspire many within the country.
Dr Bangura also highlighted the moment as a reminder of the temporary nature of life and the enduring importance of service, integrity, and compassion in leadership.
He extended his condolences to the family of the deceased, his loved ones, constituents, and members of the APC family during this period of mourning.
“May his soul rest in perfect peace, and may his legacy continue to inspire future generations of leaders,” Dr Bangura said.
The ceremony brought together political figures, supporters, and citizens who gathered to honor the memory of the late Hon. Minkailu Mansaray.
