The Government of Sierra Leone through the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security (MAFS) has received financing from the African Development Fund (ADF) hereinafter called the Bank toward the cost of the Rice Agro Industrial Cluster (SL RAIC) Project. It is intended to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the construction of Rice Processing Cluster In Torma Bum, Bonthe District and in Gbondapi, Pujehun District – Sierra Leone
The Rice Agro Industrial Cluster (SL RAIC) Project now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for:
LOT 1: Construction of Rice Processing Cluster In Torma Bum, Bonthe District
LOT 2: Construction of Rice Processing Cluster In Gbondapi, Pujehun District
Bidding will be conducted through the Open Competitive Bidding (International), OCBI procedures as specified in the Bank’s Procurement Framework Standard Bidding Document for procurement of small works August 2021 version, and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Framework.

The bidding document in English Language may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the email address above and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of One Hundred and Fifty (150) United State Dollars or Three Thousand Four Hundred (3,400.00) New Leones Equivalent to the following account:

Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on Friday 9th August 2024 at 12:10 Freetown Local Time.
All Bids must be accompanied by a Security from a reputable Bank in the form of a Bank Guarantee of:
