The Ministry of Information and Civic Education in collaboration with UNDP and other partners, concluded the content review session for participants of the Civic Digital Content Creator Programme on Thursday, 6th November 2025, at the Miatta Civic Centre in Freetown.

The review exercise, focused on assessing video projects submitted by participants following their training. The videos were evaluated and shortlisted for public screening during Day One of the Final Phase of the training.
The one-week training, first conducted in September 2025, aimed to empower young Sierra Leonean storytellers to use digital tools to tell authentic stories rooted in civic values and aligned with the Government’s Big Five Priorities.
Each participant developed a story concept based on assigned civic themes, conducted research, and produced short video content showcasing their storytelling and technical skills.
During the review session, participants received constructive feedback from facilitators and technical experts on aspects such as storytelling, editing, and message clarity. The shortlisted videos are being considered for recognition at the upcoming grand closing event.
The Grand Closing Ceremony of the Voices of Salone-Civic Storytelling in Digital Spaces programme is scheduled for Tuesday, 11th November 2025, at the Miatta Civic Centre, where top winners will be officially announced and honoured.
