Furthermore, Chairman Koroma revealed the agency’s plan to organize a nationwide workshop with industry dealers to promote collaborative regulation. He underscored the need for all operators within the regulated sector to uphold ethical and professional standards, particularly in light of recent concerns regarding the behavior of pump attendants.
In response, Mr. Saidu Mansaray expressed gratitude for the warm welcome extended by Chairman Koroma and his team. He commended the proposed workshop initiative by the PRA, emphasizing the importance of ethical conduct and professionalism among all industry stakeholders.
CEO Mansaray reaffirmed NP’s commitment to collaborating with the Petroleum Regulatory Agency in advancing the transformation of the downstream petroleum sector. He assured the agency of NP’s full cooperation in achieving its objectives related to revenue generation and compliance.
Highlighting NP’s strategic goals for 2024, CEO Mansaray outlined plans to expand operations beyond the Western Area and establish retail outlets across the country, especially in underserved communities. This expansion aligns with NP’s commitment to ensuring accessibility to petroleum products for all Sierra Leoneans.
The introduction of Mr. Saidu Mansaray as the new CEO of NP SL Limited marks a significant transition for the company, with expectations high for continued growth and success under his leadership.
