Diana  Konomanyi throws heavy weight  behind CYO Campaign to combat Kush Drug in Kono

The Central Youth Organization (C.Y.O) on a strategic engagement, recently met with prominent Kono stakeholder Mommy Diana Konomanyi, to update her on the challenges and successes faced in their ongoing fight against the spread of Kush in Kono District.

During the meeting, C.Y.O representatives highlighted the growing support from communities, the increasing number of arrests made in collaboration with police, and the urgent need for more resources to sustain their efforts.

In her response, Madam Diana commended the youths for their bravery and commitment to protecting the future of Kono.

She praised the movement as a step in the right direction and promised to stand by C.Y.O in their mission. As a mark of her support, she generously donated 20 bags of rice and Le10,000 to boost the initiative.
