Correctional Service Gets New Director General & Deputy

The Office of the President has announced pivotal appointments to the leadership of the Sierra Leone Correctional Service, signaling a renewed focus on reforming the country’s correctional system. In a public notice issued from State House, His Excellency President Brigadier (Rtd) Dr. Julius Maada Bio has appointed Mr. Joseph J. Senesi as the new Director-General of the Sierra Leone Correctional Service, while Mdm. Susan B. Coker has been named Deputy Director-General.

The appointments underscore the President’s commitment to strengthening the country’s correctional system and ensuring it operates with effective leadership and a focus on institutional reform.
