The leadership and entire membership of the Dr. Ibrahim Bangura (DIB) Movement received with deep sorrow and heavy hearts the sad news of the passing of our dear brother and comrade, Alhaji Amidu Mangana Keita, the erstwhile District Chairman of the All People’s Congress (APC) Party in Bo District, who departed this life on Friday, 12th December 2025, at the 34 Military Hospital, Wilberforce Barracks, Freetown.
Comrade Amidu Mangana Keita was not merely a party stalwart but a steadfast pillar of loyalty, discipline, and selfless service to the APC. Throughout his years of service, he demonstrated unwavering commitment, humility, and courage in advancing the ideals and objectives of the Party. His life exemplified sacrifice, dedication, and principled leadership; values that continue to inspire party faithful across generations.
The DIB Movement acknowledges and deeply appreciates the immense contributions Comrade Keita made toward strengthening party structures, particularly in Bo District and beyond. His calm disposition, organisational ability, and unshakeable belief in the APC cause earned him the respect and admiration of colleagues, grassroots supporters, and party members nationwide. His passing has undoubtedly left a significant void within the Party.
At this moment of profound grief, the DIB Movement extends its heartfelt condolences to his bereaved family, the APC leadership, the Bo District executive, party members, colleagues, and all those whose lives he touched through his exemplary service. We share in your pain and stand in solidarity with you during this difficult period.

As we mourn this great loss, we take solace in the enduring legacy of Comrade Amidu Mangana Keita; a legacy of loyalty, dedication, and service to party and country, which will forever remain etched in the annals of the APC.
