Emotionally Traumatized Sierra Leonean Wife Calls On USA & Salone  Govts To Give Her Justice

Credible information and documentary evidence in our possession has revealed that a Clergy of the United Brethren Church in Kenema, Rev. Joseph Juma Freeman, residing now in the United States of America, has abandoned his legally married wife, Mrs. Nenneh Freeman, currently residing in Bo, Southern Sierra Leone, to contract another marriage in the USA with his adulterous partner, Miss Josephine Kona Mbayo, on Saturday 30th September 2023 at 2:00 pm at the Dominion Christian Fellowship Center, 4822 Woodland Avenue, Philadelphia pa 19143, to be followed by reception at Enoch Center, 22-24 Blevins Dr. New Castle, DE, 19720 at 6:00pm. Should that wedding hold, Rev. Freeman will claim that the new wife is the same woman he married in Sierra Leone.

According to the laws of Sierra Leone, a married couple remain married until a divorce application is filed in the High Court of Sierra Leone, and same determined by the said Court. Unfortunately, Rev. Joseph Juma Freeman has not taken this action, nor has any Court of Sierra Leone sat on any matter in respect of the said Joseph Freeman. As it stands, if Rev. Joseph Juma Freeman contracts another marriage in the USA without first divorcing his current legally married wife, he will be committing BIGAMY, punishable by law in both the USA and Sierra Leone. As a Christian and the said original marriage being contracted in a Church in Sierra Leone, Rev. Freeman, as a Clergy of the aforementioned Conference, is under obligation to first seek a dissolution of the current marriage before he can get involved in another.

The visibly and emotionally traumatized wife in Sierra Leone, Mrs Nenneh Freeman, has sought help from the United States of America Embassy in Freetown through the Consular Office, to get Justice and take the necessary action to give her the fundamental right that is due her. She has taken other steps, which would be carried out in our next edition.

This medium tried to get the side of Rev. Joseph Juma Freeman, but he did not pick the call and a WhatsApp message was sent to his number on WhatsApp, which he has seen but has not replied to.
