Kaifala pledged the commission’s full support to SAB and appealed for a commitment to positive storytelling that would attract respect and investment.
A representative of the European Union (EU) acknowledged blogging as a powerful medium for shaping narratives, amplifying marginalized voices, and fostering dialogue on national and global issues. The representative highlighted the EU’s commitment to an open and inclusive digital landscape and pledged support for SAB in promoting ethical journalism and digital literacy. They emphasized that with great influence comes the responsibility to ensure fair, accurate, and constructive content, while congratulating SAB on this historic achievement.
Renowned rapper and Entertainment Ambassador, Kao Denero, also addressed the gathering, describing the launch as a historic and timely development.
