Citizens from various parts across the country have expressed serious concerns over what they described as poor internet service that they are experiencing on a daily basis.
They claimed that they have made several representations to different authorities about the poor Internet service, but nothing seems to be done to address the issue. The citizens have called on Internet Service Providers (IPSs) to do more to address the internet challenges they are facing.
“Even to download document is a challenge. The internet is either slow or the network goes off, but at the same time, they will eat our data. We are concerned that we are paying for services that we are not enjoying,” a student in one University, Abdul Rahman Kamara, confided in this medium.
