Orange Sierra Leone Urges Subscribers to Update SIM Registration with NIN Before November 1

Orange Sierra Leone has urged its subscribers to update their Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) registration details with their National Identification Number (NIN) before November 1, 2026, warning that failure to comply could result in the disconnection of their mobile numbers.

The telecommunications company is encouraging customers to complete the verification process ahead of the deadline to avoid service disruptions and ensure their numbers remain connected.
In a public notice, Orange Sierra Leone advised subscribers to update their NIN details conveniently through the Max it App or visit any Orange office for assistance with the registration process.

The initiative forms part of the company’s efforts to encourage compliance with SIM registration requirements and ensure that subscribers’ identification details are properly updated.
Orange Sierra Leone is therefore calling on all customers who have not yet linked their NIN to their SIM cards to take immediate action before the November 1 deadline to avoid possible disconnection.

The company reiterated its commitment to supporting customers throughout the process and encouraged subscribers to visit the nearest Orange office if they require further assistance.
