Orange Sierra Leone has informed its valued customers of a temporary network issue affecting data services for some subscribers across the country.
In a public notice issued on Thursday, the telecommunications company said its technical teams are currently working to resolve the challenge and restore normal services as quickly as possible.
“We are currently experiencing a network issue affecting data services for some customers. Our technical teams are actively working to restore services as quickly as possible,” the company stated.
Orange Sierra Leone apologized for the inconvenience caused and expressed appreciation to customers for their patience and understanding while efforts continue to address the disruption.
The company assured subscribers that updates will be provided as the situation improves.
