The company clarified that these promotions and bonus claims are completely false and are not associated with Orange SL. These messages are identified as deliberate attempts to defraud the public and potentially compromise sensitive personal information.
The telecommunications provider is urging the public to be extremely vigilant and to ignore any such message on social media that does not originate from its officially verified pages. Customers are advised to only trust communications from Orange SL confirmed social media handles on Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, and LinkedIn. For direct verification, customers can visit these official pages or call the customer service hotline at 111 for assistance.
