WHH Donates vehicle to Land For Life Initiative Sierra Leone

In continuation of its efforts to bolster the capacity and operations of national partners, WHH on Thursday 5th June 2025 donated a brand-new Toyota Land Cruiser vehicle to their national implementing partner, Land For Life Initiative Sierra Leone. The vehicle is to enhance the implementation of the “Making Policies Work For Food Security” project funded by BMZ.

In a short statement, WHH Sierra Leone Country Director- Emmanuel Octave Bananeza, stated that the vehicle is meant to support the effective implementation of the project. He appealed, “please use it in a good way.”

Responding after receiving the keys and documentation of the vehicle, Berns Komba Lebbie, National Coordinator of Land For Life Initiative Sierra Leone, thanked and expressed appreciation to WHH on behalf of his organisation.

“This would enhance our work in policy advocacy across our operational districts and the country. We assure you of taking good care of, and conduct ourselves in line with the respect associated with the credible brands displayed on this vehicle,” Berns Lebbie assured.

The third phase of this project is being implemented in Kenema, Port Loko, Pujehun and Tonkolili Districts in Sierra Leone, including Freetown, the  Capital.
