  1. Salaries and Exchange Rate Claims

It has been asserted that staff salaries are being calculated using an unfavorable exchange rate.

Management wishes to clarify that this claim is unfounded. Since 2017, all contracts for national

This effort reflects our ongoing dedication to prioritizing the well-being of our workforce.

  1. Access to Drinking Water

Management recognizes the importance of access to clean drinking water for all employees, including those working underground. To address this, steps are being taken to enhance the availability of potable water at all workstations. Temporary arrangements have already been made to provide drinking water, while a permanent solution is being finalized. We appreciate the patience of our staff, as these improvements are rolled out.

  1. Allegations of Discrimination

At Koidu Limited, we uphold the principles of equality and inclusivity in our workplace. We

categorically reject any form of discrimination and take such allegations very seriously. Any claims of discriminatory practices are thoroughly investigated to ensure fairness and compliance with company policies and labor laws.
