Role:
- Provide IT support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operation of systems
Key Responsibilities:

- Install and update software and operating systems.
- Maintain user accounts and perform routine maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
- Two (02) years proven experience in helpdesk support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and IT tools.
Network Support Officer (2)
Role:
- Maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure to ensure connectivity and security.
