Evil Axes at RCB Exposed

Evil Forces at the Rokel Commercial Bank, whose work entirely is to see the downfall of the bank, have resurrected, again with another evil plan to destroy the institution, despite the gains made over the years.

Since the appointment of God’s Agent of Transformation and Change at RCB in the person of Dr. Ekundayor Walton Gilpin, detractors, now known as “Evil Forces”, have been trying their best to see the downfall of the institution. During the era of the previous APC-led government, RCB was a hub for corruption, only to be rescued by the government with a bailout, saving the image of the bank. In those trying times, the bank experienced a situation wherein over three Managing Directors were replaced, yet the situation remained the same and even worse. Not because the bank was not making profit, but because there were kleptomaniacs all over the place, depriving the institution of making profits. They were only enriching themselves at the expense of the institution and the government. When the Agent of Change took over as head of the institution, he ensured leakages in all gutters were closed. And as any sane person will understand, this move infuriated the cabal, who saw Dr. Gilpin as a pain on their neck. Because of his proactive measures in bringing life to the bank, Dr. Gilpin became a target of ‘Pull Him Down Syndrome’ by the “Evil Forces”.

Since taking up this noble role to Resuscitate the bank, the Evil Forces have employed every conceivable agenda to bring down the hardworking Managing Director of the bank, not knowing that you cannot bring a good man down. They have, over the years, engaged the services of media practitioners, bloggers and social media influencers to bring down the MD, but all those diabolical plans backfired.

Now they are about to incite some staff, who were transfered from one department to another, to tender resignation, as if they are being victimized, when it is common administrative practice to rotate staff, especially in a financial institution like a Bank. This is a standard and universal practice in every workplace, the world over. By clear indication, these “Evil Forces” have forgotten that using the PHD syndrome against the current MD is just an endeavor in futility. Why can’t they allow the MD to breathe for God’s sake? Using female staff to bring down the MD under the pretext of seduction has failed. Quite a good number of them, holding senior positions in the bank, have affairs with female staff, and are under the illusion that the MD could be so promiscuous just to bring him down. Unfortunately, their plans again failed woefully.

Despite their efforts at tarnishing the image and reputation of the MD, Dr Gilpin has been able to steer the ship to safer waters, leaving indelible footprints in development trajectory of the bank, propelling it to what it is today: second to none. Do we still have the likes of people like Dr. Gilpin who inherited an institution plagued by abysmal performance, to a mountain of development, as the RCBank is seen today? Then we must be proud of him and allow him to do his work. One elderly citizen opined over the many turbulent times that the MD had undergone that “A prophet is never honored in his hometown“.

In my final assessment of the Evil Forces, my advice is for them to resign from the conspiracy theory and work for the development of the bank. Don’t say I did not warn you. Don’t say I did not warn you.
