On Thursday Orange Money held the Business to Business (B2B) Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (SME) and SoHo Engagements Event at the City Hall Auditorium in Freetown.
Speaking at the event,Head of Indirect Sales, Achmed Mansaray, welcomed everyone and the entire Orange Team to join in the first ever B2B training for partners. He mentioned that it is going to be an interactive and engaging forum, as this is the first time for such a forum like this, and the idea is basic. He furthered that “We don’t just give our services, but rather, vary your needs to our services.
The Chief Commercial Officer, Annie Wonnie Katta, welcomed and thanked customers for their patronage and making the existence of Orange in Sierra Leone simless and for choosing Orange. She Mentioned that they “give premium to their customer’s need, wherein they realized that the normal products and services for normal customers would not necessarily meet the needs of organizations and Enterprises, so what we did is that we have B2B, which is dedicated to give products services and offer for smaller medium sized enterprises for small scales.” Also, they have, for a larger scale, but today they are concentrating on SME and SoHo. She furthered that they are moving from product centric to customer centric. They want to give customers what they need. They decided internally with the Executive Committee, to hold the workshop this morning to listen to customers and to know what their needs are. The main objective is to help see their business grow in such a way they want to make digitalization easy.
The Chief Executive officer of Orange Money, Mr. David Mansaray, mentioned that they as a business and appreciate them for the partnership and for the attendance,
and further encouraged them to feel free, as it would be an interactive session which will foster new relationship with them.
